Today I sat down with Bill Durnell the owner, along with his wife Carrie, of Roots Organic Juice Cafe. I enjoyed what he says is the most popular item on their menu as well as his personal favorite. I must say, I understand why. My taste buds were dancing while I enjoyed the Nutty Brothers Smoothie, with a twist!
